The flag is presented by SFC Regina L. Miller, U.S. Army, while Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences President Dr. Charles L. Rice, M.D. (far left), looks on.

BETHESDA, Md., July 28, 2006—Colonel Patricia K. Lillis-Hearne, Medical Corps, U.S. Army, became the 15th director of the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, in a ceremony on July 20, 2006.
